WITHIN AUSTRALIA
I am happy to offer shipping to any location within Australia. Shipping will be calculated once you have entered your address in the Checkout process.
Please allow up to 2 weeks from your order date for delivery. Should your piece require a longer turnaround time (commission or framing) I will be in contact with you directly via email. Once shipped, you will also receive a tracking number via email.
If your piece requires additional framing, please allow two to four weeks for expected delivery. I use fantastic custom framers here in Melbourne, and due to popularity, turnaround times can vary.
If you are wishing to purchase multiple pieces, please send an email so I may calculate shipping based on combined weight and dimensions where possible and offer a potentially better rate. Please note; that prints and originals are sometimes unable to be shipped together. I will contact you directly, based on your order to inform you if this is the case.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately, I do not have shipping available for international orders available on Checkout. I am very happy to quote shipping on any piece of interest or commission for almost all destinations, globally. Simply send an email referencing your desired piece and destination. I will do my best to provide the best possible quote to bring a new piece of art into your home.
RETURNS POLICY
DAMAGED GOODS
All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival to their new home, however, due to the delicate nature of transporting artwork sometimes mishaps can happen in transit. If you receive a piece that has been damaged, please take a photo PRIOR to opening the package and then carefully document the damage once opened. Email chloe@chloedubois.com.au with the photos and any other useful information. From here, we can work together to find a solution for a replacement, commission or refund.
CHANGE OF MIND
Exchanges or refunds are not offered due to change of mind. Please be mindful of this when selecting your artwork.
ARTWORK AGING
Please note that once an artwork is created, the aging process begins. Depending on the environment and factors such as light and humidity, this can result in the paint, primer and varnish losing it’s elasticity, becoming brittle and possibly cracking. I do not accept returns due to aging, environmental or otherwise.
